We offer 2 methods to log-in. You can use your membership ID and the last 4 digits of the
credit card you used to place your order OR you can use your email address and a password

Where can I find my membership id?
Your membership id is located on the packing slip that is shipped with your order, alternatively
you can have your membership ID emailed to you at http://www.belisi.com/setupPassword.aspx.
How can I choose my shipping schedule?

What's your return address?

You mentioned savings on your other products, how to I receive the savings?
As long as your keep your account open and continue to receive your scheduled shipments every 30, 60 or 90 days, you will
save 30-50% on every product at Belisi.com – more than 1000 items, including skin care, handbags, shoes, silk ties and other
fashion accessories & apparel. To see your savings, simply log-in to your account at Belisi.com and shop as normal. You will see
the regular price crossed out and your VIP savings price listed in red.
Your Risk-Free Trial
How long does my risk-free trial last?
You have 10 days from the time you placed your order to contact us if you aren’t happy with the product for any reason.
Can I receive a refund for the unused trial portion?
All trial shipments are non-refundable.
Can I simply mark “return to sender” to cancel my account?

Can I receive a refund for automatic shipments after they have shipped?
In order to make sure our members can enjoy the best possible savings, once automatic
shipments through the VIP Savings have shipped, they are non-refundable. If you
return a shipment, you will receive a Belisi.com store credit for the full amount
of your purchase price. On the trial shipment, if you contact us within 10 days
of placing your order, you can receive a return authorization and elect a refund
instead of store credit for the trial shipment only.
I have received enough of the products in this promotion, can I get different Belisi RX skin care products and still enjoy my savings?
