Do I have to get automatic shipments?

Yes, some automatic shipment schedule is required to enjoy the savings in the VIP Savings Club. We make it easy to get just the shipping schedule you want; either 30, 60 or 90 days.

Can I return an automatic shipment?

You can return an automatic shipment for a Belisi store credit. No refunds are given on automatic shipments, which allow us to offer the excellent savings. We encourage you to advantage of your favorites list and order scheduling tools in your account at Belisi.com to ensure that you always receive the products you want with your Club Membership.

What are the available shipping schedules?

You can choose to receive shipments every 30, 60 or 90 days but using the "My Order Schedule" feature in your account.

What is my Club Favorites (Favorites List)?

You can create a list of products in advance that you want to receive. This way you won't have to remember to manage your shipments on a monthly basis. Just shop Belisi.com like normal and click 'Add to Favorites' instead of 'Add to Cart' and you will be able to setup your favorites list.

How can I turn off VIP Savings Club and stop automatic shipments?

To stop automatic shipments, simply call 1-800-434-1962 from 9am to 6pm eastern standard time and we'll help you with simple instructions.

Can I return the introductory shipment in the VIP Savings Club?

You have 10 days from your order date to contact us if you decide you aren't satisfied. You will be given a return authorization number and we'll stop any future automatic shipments.

I lost my membership number. What do I do?

Just go to http://www.belisi.com/lostMemberId.aspx and we can email you your membership number. You can also go here: http://www.belisi.com/setupPassword.aspx and create your own password, which will allow you to use your email address and password to log-in in the future. This way you don't have to remember your membership id number which we know is long and hard to remember.

What is the price of my monthly shipments?

It depends on the promotion you signed up for. For skin care products, the monthly shipments are typically $49.98 per month. For ties, monthly shipments are usually $25-$40 per month. For handbags, monthly shipments are $50-$100 per month. In all cases, you PAY LESS than if you simply shop Belisi.com and make a one-time purchase.

Can I select when I receive my shipments?

Yes. All you have to do is log in to your account. There you will see options for changing shipment frequency and stopping/starting shipments.

How can I track my order?

Currently we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service, using delivery confirmation. We record a tracking number for all packages. You can view the status of your order inside your account at Belisi.com

A word about Delivery Confirmation:

Belisi uses delivery confirmation as supplied by the United States postal service on all outgoing shipments. We honor the information about shipments that is publicly available at www.usps.com. No refunds can be issued on shipments that the USPS shows as being delivered.

When will my next shipment go out?

Your 2nd shipment is send 12 days after your first order is placed. If you don't contact us, you will receive another shipment every 30 days. You can modify the shipping schedule at Belisi.com by logging into your account.
